SIAP (System Information Academic Portal) is a web platform designed to streamline academic operations, offering role-specific dashboards for admins, lecturers, and students. It simplifies data management, course materials, and attendance tracking, with the goal of modernizing academic systems and enhancing campus efficiency.

The Challenge.

Academic management was fragmented as administrators juggled scattered data, lecturers lacked visibility, and students struggled to access learning resources. SIAP set out to solve this by creating an all-in-one platform that connects all stakeholders and streamlines the academic experience.

We built SIAP as an integrated platform with role-based dashboards that simplify academic workflows. Superadmins manage data seamlessly, lecturers track student progress, and students access learning tools easily, all within one centralized system.

Takeaways.

Designing SIAP highlighted the importance of creating user-specific experiences within a complex system. By understanding the unique needs of administrators, lecturers, and students, we were able to deliver a streamlined and accessible academic platform. This project also reinforced the value of maintaining clarity in interface design and demonstrated how seamless workflows can significantly improve productivity across the entire campus.
